Friday 14th April § Leave a comment

The time is 5:06 in the morning.

I woke up knowing that something is wrong. I didn't hear the phone ring but Mum was dashing about in a panic that was immediately audible. She woke up Auntie Bina in a voice that was on the verge of tears before she ran out of the house, shortly followed by Bina's more lumbering gait; which can only mean that something pretty catastrophic has happened to Grandpa. He's not the kind of person to call if it wasn't truly urgent so I can't help but think the worst.

Grandpa's catheter came out and the doctor had to come out to re-insert it properly. Panic over.
